STEP ONE - SELECT COVERAGE

Headshot stations can be booked for a half day (up to four hours) or a full day (up to eight hours). First, consider your event schedule and the number of people needing images. Then, decide on the amount of coverage you require. Each headshot station can usually accommodate up to 20-30 people per hour.

One Headshot Station - Half/Full Day ..... $1650/$3200

Choose either a half-day (up to 4 hours) or full-day (4-8 hours) of headshot station coverage. Includes: All images in high resolution, file organization by participant name, standard commercial usage license, and a lead list of all people that were photographed. Images can be delivered to each person in private galleries or as a large gallery of all images.

Each Additional Station - Half/Full Day ..... $1500/$3000

If the time-constraints of your event or the number of attendees require more than a single headshot station can provide, adding an additional photo station will make sure everyone gets a great headshot in the time available. Additional stations also relieve the potential for bottlenecks and wait times for participants.

STEP TWO - SELECT YOUR EXTRAS

Our base pricing for your conference headshots covers the essentials. You can upgrade the experience for your attendees with our incredible extras. Options like hair and makeup or instant delivery can create an impressive experience.

Basic Retouching for All Headshots ..... $500/$1000

Enhance the experience by providing attendees with basic retouching on all delivered images. This includes blemish removal, wrinkle reduction, and teeth whitening for all photos.

Hair and Makeup ..... $550/$950

An on-site hair and makeup station will help everyone feel confident and look their best with a quick tough-up before stepping in front of the camera. Adding fantastic value for your attendees, this preliminary stop will also improve the final look of the images by taming stray hairs and reducing facial shine.

Instant Individual Delivery ..... $500/$900

Up the Wow factor of your headshot station with instant delivery. Each participant will receive a private gallery of images via email within minutes of being photographed. We provide hosting, delivery, and support for every participant, so you have zero admin work.

Custom Scheduling ..... $250

Advanced booking for headshot appointments, customized for your specific needs.

Headshot Essentials Package ..... $4100/day

Our full day essentials headshot station includes file organization (renaming) and your choice of either instant delivery or on-site image selection. You also get a lead generation list, individual galleries, and delivery of both individual galleries and whole galleries. (White-label custom galleries are available upon request.)

Premium Headshot Experience Package ..... $9000/day

Includes all items from the Essentials package, along with on-site hair and makeup touch-ups, basic retouching on all delivered images, advanced custom scheduling, and a second headshot station.
